3-hour classes: Starting at 11am Arrive 15 minutes before your class (10.45) to check in and there’s no rush at the end – you might be too busy eating your delicious dishes! Class size: Maximum 3 guests, some elements may require working in pairs with a classmate, don’t worry if you’ve come alone – it’s a great way to meet new people and have a laugh Typical day : Introduction to Neapolitan Principles How to cook the perfect pizza Planning : Storage : Handling How to stretch Topping & Ingredients Cooking in a wood fired oven The ideal way to eat pizza What’s included: Expert guidance from our chef and assistants All ingredients and equipment Apron to wear in class Recipe information Refreshments throughout the class Takeaway box to take your creations home in ( unless you have eaten it all already ! )
